If you're curious about hot yoga but haven't taken the plunge yet, you're in the right place. Hot yoga enthusiasts are drawn to it for different reasons: some love the physical challenge, others crave the endorphin boost, and still others appreciate how heat helps muscles release tension. And yes, some simply enjoy a good sweat.

Classes typically range from comfortably warm to very hot, with humidity rising as the session progresses and everyone begins sweating. Whether you're preparing for your first class or looking to upgrade your gear, having the right equipment will help you stay comfortable and get the most out of your heated practice.

Yoga Mats: Grip is Everything

In hot yoga, sweat changes everything. A mat that works perfectly in a regular class can become dangerously slippery when wet. Investing in a mat specifically designed for hot yoga, with a superior grip that actually improves with moisture, is essential for both safety and confidence.
