That's the idea behind Luminous Yoga Academy. An online yoga school and studio founded in 2024 for folks who are done editing themselves to fit the room. Here, you show up whole: your questions, your emotions, your identity, held within the tradition and ethics of the practice.

Every āsana and movement class carries the intention and structure of a designed learning experience through the felt, fluid movement of Vinyasa. Even when you just come to move, you're held by something carefully built. When you're ready to go further, the paths open: study and reflection together (study circle launching fall 2026), and (in time) learning to teach.

Come to move. Or come to go further. The door's the same; how far you walk through it is up to you.
