Deb has over 750 hours of professional yoga teacher training, specializing in creative sequencing. Her training is rooted in the modern vinyasa and alignment traditions, with advanced studies in biomechanics and movement science.

She has taught over 1,000 classes, including adults, children, corporate environments, community events, private sessions, and online sessions since 2020.

In addition to yoga teacher training, Deb is an award-winning Senior Instructional Designer in higher education, specializing in faculty training and development.
