Mindful Breaths (Livestream)

In this 15–20 minute guided meditation and breathwork session, you will focus on steady breathing to support relaxation and mental clarity. The session is designed to help reduce stress, improve focus, and create a sense of balance as you transition into the weekend.

Please prepare a quiet space where you can sit or lie down comfortably. You may be invited to perform small, gentle movements, which are always optional.

 

How This Offering Works

🔸 This weekly live class is free to attend. If you’d like to contribute, you may choose an optional sliding-scale payment. Sliding-scale pricing helps make this offering accessible to all income levels.

This is the only weekly live class offered outside of our paid membership. In rare cases, classes may need to be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, registered participants will be notified by email.
