This class introduces you to Sun Salutation B (Surya Namaskar B). Here, we will build off Sun Salutation A and add squats and lunges (Utkatasana or Chair Pose and Virabdrahsana I or Warrior I). The Sun B sequence increases intensity and strength, especially in the legs and core. It is great for yogis looking to build stamina with accessible yet slightly more challenging transitions.
