🚀 Account Access & Registration

Yes. Luminous Yoga Academy is delivered through OfferingTree. You can download the OfferingTree app from the Apple App Store or Google Play and log in using your Luminous account to access classes and services on your phone.

That said, many members (myself included) prefer to access Luminous via a mobile browser shortcut saved to their home screen.

The browser experience is often cleaner and easier to navigate. Here are the how-to guides:

Our Luminous website gives you a cleaner experience and is where your Member Hub lives. Save it to your home screen in under a minute:

iPhone (Safari):

  1. Open luminousyogaacademy.com in Safari

  2. Tap the Share button (square with arrow pointing up)

  3. Tap Add to Home Screen

  4. Name it Luminous Yoga → tap Add

Android (Chrome):

  1. Open luminousyogaacademy.com in Chrome

  2. Tap the three dots in the top right corner

  3. Tap Add to Home Screen

  4. Name it Luminous Yoga → tap Add

Once saved, tap the icon to go straight to your practice anytime. When logged in, your Member Hub appears in the navigation automatically.

To access your user dashboard, start by logging in to your account if you're not already logged in. You can go to http://www.offeringtree.com/login to sign in to your account. Once you are signed in, you will be taken to your User Dashboard at https://app.offeringtree.com/me.

You can access the on-demand video library through your User Dashboard:

or by visiting the On-Demand Library page on our website and clicking the “Member Login” button at the top of the page.

When you’re viewing a class in the on-demand library, click the heart (♡) icon to save it to your favorites.

Once you favorite a video, it stays saved in your account until you remove it.

You can access your favorites anytime from your account:

Log in → Account Dashboard → Favorites (left menu)

Open the video and click the heart icon again to unfavorite it.

💳 Membership & Billing

We strive to maintain a consistent offering but reserve the right to update or modify the schedule. Class schedules, on-demand content, and live virtual sessions are subject to change at anytime without notice.

All Access monthly, seasonal, and annual memberships are recurring. You will be charged automatically on the same day each month/ quarter/ year until you cancel.

You can cancel your membership at any time, but please note that refunds for partial months or unused portions of seasonal or annual memberships are not available.

Under Pricing, select a membership, click Become a Member, enter your payment info, and your membership will automatically apply when registering for eligible classes. You can manage or cancel your membership at any time from your User Dashboard. See the full instructions here.

Your membership automatically renews at the end of your billing cycle — typically around 11:30 PM in the time zone you were in when you first purchased it. If you still have questions, visit the OfferingTree Support Center or contact their tech support team for assistance.

Log in to your User Dashboard and go to Payment Methods in your account profile to update your saved card. If you still have questions, visit the OfferingTree Support Center or contact their tech support team for assistance.
