Hi, I’m Deb, a professionally trained yoga teacher with over 600 hours of combined yoga education and an experienced instructional designer. I express my creativity by crafting fun and unique vinyasa flows and engaging online learning experiences. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, journaling, reading, and building community. Connecting with people from all over the world is genuinely fulfilling and brings a unique sense of oneness. I approach every endeavor with a fresh perspective rooted in a desire to break boundaries and embrace innovation. I was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil, and currently live in Maryland, in the United States.
