Thanks to Deb’s cueing, I can now do Updog by firming my quads following the instruction to firm up my shoulders. Instead of hanging on my bones and hurting my lower back, I experienced a nice stretch throughout the front of my body, including the front of my foot, which is the stretch I need to counterbalance standing all day.
